What are promotion stipulations?

Reservations booked under discounted or promotional rates require full payment at the time of booking and are non refundable. American Top Limousines reserves all rights when accepting discounts.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit must be given to confirm a reservation. No reservation holds are done without a deposit. A minimum deposit of $200.00 is required on all reservations. All reservations under $200.00 must be paid in full at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable within the cancellation policy.

What is your minimum hourly requirement?

There is a three hour minimum in most cases such as nights out on the town and weddings. Weekends there is a four hour minimum. There is a six hour minimum during the heavy travel seasons, (proms, holidays and special events). There are exceptions for airport transfers and most corporate services. Please call us with specific questions regarding hourly minimums.

Is food allowed in the vehicle?


Does American Top Limousines provide drinks?

Yes, we do provide ice, water and soft drinks as part of our service. Special requests are made at the time of reservation.

Can I view a vehicle before I reserve it?

Yes you can! An appointment can be made by calling 469-635-0464. All appointments must be made at least one day prior to the day you intend to view.

What is required to make a reservation?

You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid credit card or you may make a cash deposit in our office.

How much should I tip?

Gratuity is at your discretion. However, it is customary to tip your chauffeur at least 15% of your total reservation when you receive excellent service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:

A. Reservations made one(1)year to one(1)month in advance may be canceled within one week of the day booked without penalty. Reservations canceled after one(1)week of the day booked are non refundable.

B. Reservations reserved three(3)weeks in advance may be canceled within 72 hours of the day booked without penalty. Reservations canceled after 72 hours of reservation date are non-refundable.

C. Reservations reserved two(2)weeks in advance may be canceled within 48 hours of the day booked without penalty. Reservations canceled after 48 hours of the day booked are non-refundable.

D. Reservations reserved one (1)week in advance may be canceled within 24 hours of the day booked without penalty.

E. Reservations reserved less than one (1)week in advance cannot be cancelled on any circumstances and is non refundable.

What vehicle is best?

Start off by determining how many people you want to transport. We typically quote the number of permitted passengers in their vehicles based on guidelines from the manufacturer. Typically, the manufacturer quotes a gross weight on the vehicle (FMVSS requirements) and a number of passengers based on 150 pounds per passenger. Unless you have extremely thin men in your party, booking the maximum number of people in the limousine will be extremely uncomfortable. For example, a six-passenger limousine is normally stretched between 65 and 70 inches. This is comfortable for four adults.

What do we provide?

We provide ice, sodas of your choice, bottled water, glassware, and napkins. You also can add balloons, disposable cameras, red carpet service, and champagne (distributed after the run) for a small price. View our special packages for more details
